Spring forward salad with a creamy dressing with garlic, hemp seeds, lemon and oat milk perfect for refreshing quick lunch!

1 head butterhead lettuce, washed and leaves pulled apart
10 asparagus stalks, ends trimmed and blanched
1 cup snap peas, ends trimmed and blanched
1 bunch rapini, trimmed and blanched
4 radish, thinly sliced
Creamy Dressing:
½ bunch parsley
¼ cup chopped chives
2 tbsps nutritional yeast
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp kosher sald
½ lemon, juiced ½ cup Califia Oatmilk



1. To a food processor add parsley, chives, nutritional yeast, hemp seeds, cloves, lemon juice, Califia oat milk and blend into a smooth dressing.

2. Add vegetables and salad leaves on to a large platter, then drizzle with a generous amount of creamy dressing and serve immediately.
