Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

½ cup old fashioned rolled oats 

½ cup + 2 tablespoons Califia Farms Extra Creamy Almond Beverage

2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter 

2 tablespoons vegan plain yogurt 

2-3 teaspoons maple syrup 

2 teaspoons chia seeds  

1 teaspoon flax meal 

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract 

Salt 

1 ½-2 tablespoons vegan dark chocolate chips 

Directions

Place all the ingredients in the order listed, except for the chocolate chips, into a medium bowl and whisk until everything is well combined. Transfer the oats mixture to a sealable container and let sit overnight in the refrigerator

The next day, taste and add any additional sweetener or almond milk, if desired.

Microwave the chocolate chips in a small dish in 20-second increments until melted. Pour the chocolate over the top of the oats, and gently spread it around to cover the top. Reseal the container and pop it into the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate has hardened

Remove from the freezer and enjoy!
